Vegas SuperBook releases SEC title odds

The SEC has been one of the most dominant conferences over the last two decades as the conference has been represented in the national championship picture in some way in each of the last 11 seasons.

There is reason to believe the conference will be well-represented again this year.

Monday morning, Las Vegas SuperBook released their odds for each team to win the conference title in the SEC and there are three overwhelming favorites to win the title. Alabama is the clear favorite with 3-2 odds while LSU could make some noise with 5-2 odds and Tennessee should represent the SEC East with 5-2 odds as well.

The next closest teams? Georgia and Ole Miss at 10-1 and 12-1 respectively.

This would be the first time Tennessee has played in the SEC Championship Game since 2007, where they lost to LSU. The Crimson Tide has played in five of the last eight title games with the Tigers last playing in the Georgia Dome in 2011.

Anything can happen over the next five months leading up to the title game, but it is pretty clear that there are a few clear favorites to make the game.
