Earlier this month, Georgia defensive lineman Jonathan Ledbetter was arrested for DUI in a very odd situation where he told police he was already at home and he had to take his friends home, despite the fact he was alone in the middle of the street. It looks like the sophomore will be receiving an extension to his suspension he received earlier this year.
ESPN’s Chris Low reported that head coach Kirby Smart said Ledbetter would be suspended for at least two games going into the 2016 season. He also seemed to leave open the possibility for him to miss even more games this year.
Smart said DL Jonathan Ledbetter would be suspended for at least 2 games and hinted it could be more. Depth in DL is Smart's big concern.

Jonathan Ledbetter was already suspended for the season opener after he was arrested on other alcohol-related charges in March. It is not clear whether these two games are in addition to his current suspension or if that is the total number of games he would sit out.
Ledbetter was a four-star member of the Bulldogs’ 2015 recruiting class and he recorded four tackles during his true freshman season.
