The 2016 college football season is just around the corner. The biggest question everyone will want answered is: who will compete for a national championship?
That’s where the pundits come into play.
With just a few weeks until the season, college football analysts and experts are taking the time to release their final preseason top ten projections. The latest to do so was Colin Cowherd of FOX Sports.
Like many analysts, Cowherd is very high on Clemson and Michigan, his top two teams in the nation.
Cowherd rounds out his top five with two other trendy picks — Oklahoma and Tennessee — before listing the defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide. Rounding out the top ten is Ohio State, Florida State, Iowa, LSU and Utah.
