Texas A&M Aggies wearing helmets to honor 9/11 anniversary

This Sunday marks the 15th anniversary of one of the worst terrorist attacks against the United States in history. Surely, many sports teams across the country will honor the memory of those lost in the 9/11 atack and the Texas A&M Aggies are one of them.

The Aggies host Prairie View A&M this weekend and they will don some amazing helmets with a patriotic logo. They have continued to show their love for the country since the attacks, especially in the game after the attacks, which they billed a “Red, White, and Blue Out.”

That is certainly a special way to honor their country and I am sure they won’t be the only ones to do so this weekend. It is going to be an emotional weekend for everyone.
