Georgia running back Nick Chubb suffered an ankle injury against the Ole Miss Rebels in the third quarter of the blowout game. He left out of the game and it does not look like he will return to the field for the Bulldogs.
Seth Emerson of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Chubb is “out for now,” according to team officials. As the Bulldogs are down 38-0, fans can expect Chubb to sit out the rest of the game to avoid further injury.

This injury comes just one week ahead of Chubb’s nasty knee injury, which he suffered on the first play of last year’s game against the Tennessee Volunteers last year. ESPN analyst Greg McIlroy was calling the game and said that it looked like the injury was on the same leg as the one Chubb injured his knee last year.
The Bulldogs are trailing the Rebels big time midway through the third quarter. You can watch the massacre on ESPN.
