Ardarius Stewart had a huge game for Alabama today against Mississippi State.
The junior wide receiver found the end zone three times and racked up 156 yards receiving. Those kind of performances typically garner post-game interviews, which the players are typically excited to oblige.
But not Stewart, who listens to the questions, gets distracted, and walks off.
It’s not totally clear whether he walks away or if the man in the suit ends the interview for whatever reason. Rowe quickly finds coach Nick Saban and begins a new interview with him.
Stewart has put together an impressive season and could declare for the draft if he wishes to do so. His eight receptions this game matches his season high and he has over 100 yards receiving in three games this season. It is important to note that Stewart did not play in two games this season while he was nursing a knee injury.
Alabama has two games remaining on it’s schedule: Chattanooga and Auburn. Saban could look to rest his superstars like Stewart in the second half of the game against a lower division Chattanooga opponent.
