Jeremy Johnson will be taking snaps from under center for the Auburn Tigers in the Iron Bowl today.
Getting his second start in two weeks and his second start of the season, Johnson will be tasked with leading his No. 13 Auburn Tigers against the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide.
The start comes as a byproduct of the shoulder injury that starter Sean White has been battling for over an month. John Franklin III, who was featured on the Netflix series “Last Chance U,” was passed over for the starting nod, but could see action in a backup role.

Alabama has the top-ranked defensive unit in the nation which has made opposing offenses look disjointed all season.
Meanwhile, Johnson’s only extended action came against Alabama A&M in a 55-0 laugher last week. That will do little to help prepare him for the pressure of playing Nick Saban’s juggernaut today at 2.30 PM.
