UGA football: Four-star ATH Tray Bishop picks Bulldogs

The UGA football program capped off an impressive day on the recruiting trail Sunday night with a commitment from four-star athlete Tray Bishop.
Bishop announced he will be heading to Athens, after an initial commitment to the Auburn Tigers. The Terrell County standout decommitted from Auburn on Dec. 13, before ultimately deciding to stay closer to home to begin his collegiate career.
If  message from Bishop on social media proves to be true, Georgia will have more top recruits coming their way.

The 6-foot-3 Bishop is the No. 4-ranked athlete in the Class of 2017 and the No. 16 prospect in the state of Georgia. Overall, Bishop is rated as a top 150 prospect in the nation, according to the 247 Composite Rankings.
Bishop’s commitment comes hours after the Bulldogs landed another in-state standout, four-star safety DeAngelo Gibbs.
Bishop becomes the 17th four-star recruit to join the Bulldogs’ 2017 class, which currently ranks No. 3 in the country behind Alabama and Ohio State.
