Colin Kaepernick continues to give back to the community.
After donating $1 million to charities around the country that benefit communities in need, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback once again made an incredible gesture by donating his massive sneaker collection to Bay Area homeless shelters.
Kaepernick’s incredible deed was captured on video and uploaded to Instagram.

If it looks like that is a large amount of sneakers, that’s because it is.
Kaepernick’s shoe collection was so large that he actually converted a garage into a closet to store his kicks. Kaepernick showed off his sneaker collection on Instagram in May of 2015.
Kaepernick caught plenty of heat during the 2016 NFL Preseason when he made national headlines for taking a knee during the national anthem to protest systemic racism and social injustice in the country.
However, it’s clear that Kaepernick is doing his part to make a positive impact to the people who need it the most.
Hats off to you, Colin.
