LeGarrette Blount Joins Patriots White House Boycott

Another member of the New England Patriots has made the decision not to join the team for its White House visit to meet President Donald Trump and celebrate its Super Bowl LI win.
During an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show on Thursday, Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount confirmed he will not be making the visit.
Blount joins teammates Martellus Bennett, Devin McCourty, Dont’a Hightower and Chris Long with his decision. As for the reasoning, Blount’s comments were very similar to McCourty, who simply said he did not feel welcomed in the Trump White House.
“I will not [make the visit],” Blount told Eisen. “It’s just some of the things — I just don’t feel welcome into that house. I’m just gonna leave it at that.”

We are really starting to believe the team’s White House trip may just be a meeting between Trump, Robert Kraft, Bill Belichick and Tom Brady.
