NFL Draft Rumors: Myles Garrett Still 'Likely' No. 1 Pick

The 2017 NFL Draft takes place tonight and the rumor mill has been churning.
Early Thursday morning, there was building momentum for UNC quarterback Mitch Trubisky to become the No. 1 overall pick, but it looks like people are beginning to come back to Earth and Texas A&M edge rusher Myles Garrett is back in the driver’s seat.
According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Garrett is still “likely” the Cleveland Browns’ No. 1 pick.
Garrett has been favored to be the selection throughout the entire draft process, so a late switch would have been a shock. But by staying with Garrett at No. 1, the Browns could sit back at No. 12 to draft either Trubisky or Deshaun Watson or package the pick with a second-rounder to move into the top ten to select their franchise of the future.
There are so many possibilities, and in a matter of hours we will find out which way the Browns brass decides to go.
