Todd McShay Mock Draft 2017: Final Projections & Picks

The final Todd McShay mock draft of the season is here, with Round 1 of the 2017 NFL Draft taking place Thursday night in Philadelphia. In anticipation of the first round, the ESPN draft guru released his latest projections and picks.
On Thursday morning, an enormous amount of buzz suggestion UNC quarterback Mitch Trubisky will leapfrog Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett for the No. 1 overall pick and McShay seems to be drinking the Kool-Aid.
McShay slated Trubisky in the top spot, with Garrett sliding to No. 2.
The remainder of the top ten is once again loaded with defensive talent, and as you would expect, former SEC stars. Out of McShay’s top ten picks, six players hail from the Southeastern Conference — with three coming from Alabama.

  4. Jacksonville Jaguars – Leonard Fournette, running back, LSU
  5. Tennessee Titans (from Rams) – Marshon Lattimore, cornerback, Ohio State
  6. New York Jets – OJ Howard, tight end, Alabama
  7. Los Angeles Chargers – Solomon Thomas, defensive tackle, Stanford
  8. Carolina Panthers – Christian McCaffrey, running back, Stanford
  9. Cincinnati Bengals – Jonathan Allen, defensive tackle, Alabama
  10. Buffalo Bills – Reuben Foster, linebacker, Alabama
