Former Clemson star quarterback Deshaun Watson achieved his dream of being drafted by an NFL franchise, after the Houston Texans traded up in the first-round of the 2017 NFL Draft to select the national champion.
Now, Watson is wasting no time giving back.
This weekend, Watson took to social media to unveil his first big purchase as a professional and it was a gift for his mother; a 2017 Jaguar for her birthday.
Watson and his mother Deann have been through a lot throughout the early years of his life — including a battle with cancer — so it’s great to see just how special this moment has been for the two.
