Colleges and universities around the country are wrapping up their semesters and graduation season is in full swing.
As the latest group of college graduates prepare to enter the real world, late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel decided to send them off with some heartfelt advice that comes courtesy of his star-studded group of celebrity friends.
