One of the biggest fights in combat sports history goes down on Aug. 26 when Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor enter the boxing ring at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ticket prices for the event have been outrageous and now we know that it will carry a hefty price tag even if you simply want to watch from home on your couch.
Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times announced the pay-per-view price on Monday afternoon and it’s the same price that it cost for fans who tuned in to see Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao.
The Mayweather-McGregor PPV will cost $89.95 in standard definition and $99.95 in HD.

What else would you expect from such a highly-anticipated fight?
To anyone who shells out that kind of dough, hopefully the fight is more competitive than nearly everyone imagines it will be.
Mayweather and McGregor are set to finally come face-to-face this week when they officially kick off the World Tour with press conferences in three countries in just four days. It all kicks off Tuesday in Los Angeles.
