Friday night continues a full weekend of college football action in Week 1 when the No. 9 Wisconsin Badgers open their 2017 campaign by playing host to Utah State at Camp Randall Stadium.
The Badgers enter the Week 1 matchup as a heavy favorite thanks to a strong offense, but there are some concerns on the defensive side of the ball after preseason injuries left the team’s depth at linebacker taking a big hit.
Most notably, co-captain Jack Cichy went down for the year with a torn ACL early last month.
Despite that, head coach Paul Chryst’s team should be able to put the pressure on the Aggies early and come away with a big win to start the new year.
