Week 5 of the college football season is in the books, so ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit has rolled out his latest College Football Playoff projections, picking the top four teams in the nation.
Alabama and Clemson have been the cream of the crop this season and that doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon.
But who could catch the Crimson Tide and Tigers?
Herbstreit gives those honors to the Oklahoma Sooners and Penn State Nittany Lions.
Sitting just outside of Herbstreit’s top four are the Georgia Bulldogs and TCU Horned Frogs.
