College Football Rankings: Coaches Poll, Week 8

Following Week 7 of the season, the latest college football rankings are beginning to come out with the Amway Coaches Poll announcing its latest rankings on Sunday afternoon.
This week, a whopping seven Top 25 teams were upset, with four ranked inside of the top ten — No. 2 Clemson, No. 5 Washington, No. 8 Washington State and No. 10 Auburn. Other ranked teams to fall were No. 19 San Diego State, No. 24 Texas Tech and No. 25 Navy.
While the upsets led to a lot of change in this week’s poll, Alabama continues its stranglehold on the college football world with the No. 1 spot. The Crimson Tide are a unanimous No. 1, earning all 63 first-place votes.
Penn State moved up to No. 2, While Georgia, TCU and Wisconsin round out the top five.
