Another wild weekend of college football is in the books and the Associated Press released its latest AP Top 25 poll was released on Sunday afternoon ahead of Week 9.
There weren’t the same amount of upsets as a weekend ago, but the College Football Playoff picture is starting to take shape as the pretenders and contenders continue to establish themselves.
Alabama is once again the unanimous No. 1 team in the nation, while the remainder of the top five — Penn State, Georgia, TCU and Wisconsin — is also unchanged.
Sitting just outside the top five is No. 6 Ohio State, which has a key matchup next weekend against the No. 2 Nittany Lions.
