VIDEO: Bears TE Zach Miller Suffers Gruesome Leg Injury On Overturned TD

UPDATE: Surgeons are reportedly trying to not only save Zach Miller’s career, but his leg, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen.

UPDATE: The Bears have confirmed Zach Miller suffered a dislocated knee on the play.

Chicago Bears tight end Zach Miller appeared to have made an impressive touchdown grab before suffering a gruesome leg injury on Saturday afternoon against the New Orleans Saints.

Miller pulled in the catch over his shoulder before his leg beg bent awkwardly as he crumbled to the ground. Miller was in obvious pain.

It appeared as though Miller had managed to hang onto the ball, but after review the refs overturned the call saying he was bobbling the ball on his way down. When your leg snaps, that’s an understandable reaction.
