Former Team Alpha Male teammates Cody Garbrandt and TJ Dillashaw are set to square off on Saturday night at UFC 217 for the bantamweight championship.
Since the rivalry began, Garbrandt has teased a video of him knocking out Dillashaw in practice.
On Thursday night, Garbrandt finally released the video on social media.
While the video doesn’t deliver the knockout that Garbrandt teased, it does show a back in forth in sparring. In the blurry footage, we can see an exchange which results in Garbrandt knocking Dillashaw to the mat.
Of course, this is just one brief clip of training, so we’ll have to tune in on Saturday to see who gets the best of their opponent when it matters the most.
