The ongoing saga that is Ezekiel Elliott’s on-again, off-again suspension has taken its latest turn.

On Thursday, the 2nd Circuit denied Elliott’s motion, reinstating the Dallas Cowboys running back’s six-game suspension that has been playing out in the legal system throughout the season.

Elliott will not be able to return to practice tomorrow and will begin serving his suspension this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons barring “another magic legal act.”
