Following Week 11 of the season, the latest college football rankings are beginning to come out with the Amway Coaches Poll announcing its latest rankings on Sunday afternoon.
The theme of a wild season continued this past weekend, with two of the top three teams in the nation — the Georgia Bulldogs and Notre Dame Fighting Irish — suffering defeat. That means there will be plenty of movement atop the poll as teams prepare for their final College Football Playoff push.
Sitting atop the poll, predictably, was Nick Saban’s Alabama Crimson Tide with all 63 first-place votes.
The Miami Hurricanes jumped to No. 2 following an impressive upset over Notre Dame, while Clemson, Wisconsin and Oklahoma round out the top five.
