UCLA football star Josh Rosen will likely sit out the team’s Cactus Bowl matchup against Kansas State on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
According to Bruce Feldman of Sports Illustrated, the decision comes under doctor’s orders after the star signal-caller suffered his second concussion of the season against Cal in the team’s regular season finale.

The news comes on the same day that reports surfaced regarding Rosen’s NFL future.
While his status for the Cactus Bowl was uncertain at the time, the reports said Rosen will be meeting with and discussing his future with his family following the bowl game.
Kickoff between UCLA and Kansas State is set for 9:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.
