The 2018 Senior Bowl roster just made a major addition.
On Friday afternoon, Chris Mortensen of ESPN reported that Wyoming star quarterback Josh Allen will be heading to Mobile, Alabama to compete in this year’s game at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Allen is eligible to join the Senior Bowl after graduating as a fourth-year junior.
It adds to the importance of Senior Bowl Week where representatives from all 32 teams head to Mobile to get a close look at some of the top draft eligible players.

That now makes two top signal-callers who will be in the game and it says a lot about Allen and his willingness to compete.
Allen, who is widely regarded as a top ten pick, will be joined in Mobile by Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield. The two quarterbacks will undoubtedly have all eyes on them throughout the week as they go through drills in front of the scouts and meet with teams as draft season kicks into full swing.
The 2018 Senior Bowl will take place at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 2:30 p.m. ET on the NFL Network.
