Texas Football: Longhorns Drop Custom Rap Video For 2018 Recruiting Class

College football programs are always looking for new ways to sway recruits, but the Texas Longhorns have just gone above and beyond.

On Wednesday, Longhorns head coach Tom Herman took to social media to celebrate the 2018 recruiting class which ranked No. 3 in the nation.

Herman shared a video that features a custom rap that name drops the newest members of the program — which includes two four-star quarterbacks, and multiple players who were ranked No. 1 in the state at their respective positions.

How cool is that?

Now if you’re a top recruit in the state of Texas, not only do you get the opportunity to play for the Longhorns, you get name-dropped in your own custom rap song.

Tom Herman may have just started a new trend.
