Inappropriate comments about 17-year-old Olympian Chloe Kim have led to the firing of a radio host.
Late Wednesday evening, it was reported that Patrick Connor, a co-host of Barstool Sports’ new SiriusXM radio show, has been fired from his radio gig at KNBR in San Francisco.
Connor came under fire after making lewd, sexually charged comments about Kim after she claimed gold in the women’s halfpipe.
“Yesterday in a weird attempt to make people laugh I failed. My comments about Chloe Kim were more than inappropriate they were lame & gross. Im truly sorry Chloe. You’ve repped our country so brilliantly. I apologize to my colleagues & the listeners for being a total idiot,” he wrote on Twitter.

Connor’s comments can be seen below:
“No doubt, and in fact just to keep it on that tip, her 18th birthday is April 23, and the countdown is on baby, ’cause I got my Wooderson going. “That’s what I like about them high school girls.”
“She’s fine as hell! If she was 18, you wouldn’t be ashamed to say that she’s a little hot piece of (expletive). And she is. She is adorable. I’m a huge Chloe Kim fan.”
Connor’s brief stint as a co-host on Barstool Radio’s Dialed-In with Dallas Braden last less than one week.
