LOOK: Alabama Football Team Unveils National Championship Rings

This week, the Alabama football program received it’s 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship rings to commemorate the Crimson Tide’s latest national title under Nick Saban. The rings came shortly after the UCF Knights, who are the self-proclaimed national champions after an undefeated season, so you knew there was going to be some shots taken from players on the Crimson Tide. We were not disappointed.

Alabama’s rings feature two College Football Playoff trophies to represent the titles in 2015 and 2017, while also having the Alabama script A logo encrusted with stones. There are over 150 total stones in the ring, include 53 stones in the bottom row of bezel to represent 53 senior wins.

The side of the rings features the national championship logo and score of the game, along with the 2017 team motto “Outwork Yesterday,” Alabama’s “17” championship logo, and the iconic “Roll Tide” rally cry.

Check them out below:

Of course, some players immediately took to social media to flaunt their rings while throwing some shade at UCF.

Congratulations, ‘Bama. You earned it.

The Crimson Tide will kick off their national title defense and 2018 campaign on Sept. 1 against the Louisville Cardinals.
