A busy Memorial Day Weekend sports schedule is in full swing, but MLB prospect Eric Jenkins may have already had the highlight of the weekend. Jenkins, who plays for the Texas Rangers’ High-A affiliate Down East Wood Ducks, chased down a foul ball to make an incredible grab.
Jenkins chased the ball down the left field line and jumped to snag the ball in mid-air.
There was one problem, though. Jenkins got a little too much air and made contact with the top of the fence at his knee which sent him flipping over the wall.
Surprisingly, Jenkins stuck the landing.
Check out the incredible moment from the Down East Wood Ducks below:
OH. MY. GOODNESS: @GoWoodDucks outfielder @Jenk_02 just made one of the CRAZIEST catches I have ever seen. Full speed. Flips over the wall.

What a play.
To make things even better for Down East, they went on to defeat the Frederick Keys, 11-4.
