On Thursday, Aug. 30, the College Football Playoff has announced its dates for the upcoming national semifinals and national championship through the 2026 season. While the locations have not been confirmed, we now know when the top teams in the nation will be taking the field to determine who the top dog in the country is.
Timeyin Amatosero-Keke, a 24-year-old college basketball player, has passed away. Amatosero-Keke played for Bluefield State College and died after he collapsed following a pick-up basketball game earlier this year.

Coming out of nowhere, Eminem is back with a brand new album. On August 31st, Eminem dropped Kamikaze, the follow up to 2017’s Revival.
It’s been quite the interesting year for rapper Meek Mill. He found himself at the center of the debate surrounding prison reform as many celebrities and public figures fought to get him released from jail. Meek was serving a sentence of 2-4 years for parole violations, following an arrest for assault.
