On Tuesday, Sept. 11, the Maxwell Football Club did just that by handing out its Players of the Week awards for the Maxwell Award and Chuck Bednarik Award.
The Maxwell Award Player of the Week will be recognized for overall performance on offense, defense or special teams, and the Chuck Bednarik Award Player of the Week will be honored for outstanding defensive play.
Every weekly winner will be added to the season watch lists for the awards.
The winners for Week 2 can be seen from the official press release below.
