The 2019 NCAA Tournament is in the books and the Virginia men’s basketball team are your national champions. On Monday, April 8, the top-seeded Cavaliers faced off against the No. 3 seed Texas Tech Red Raiders at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was a back-and-forth game that went down to the wire, with Tony Bennett’s squad ultimately earning an overtime win.

Today, we feature Tiffany Suarez, a former student-athlete at the University of Virginia. Suarez, a former member of the Cavaliers’ women’s basketball team, is the perfect choice for today as Virginia celebrates the first-ever men’s basketball national championship following the Cavaliers’ overtime win over Texas Tech on Monday.

Late-rapper Nipsey Hussle will be honored on Thursday, April 11 at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. A special memorial service will be held with tickets to the public being made available on Tuesday, April 9. Tickets will be available for free, and they are expected to go fast.
Former WWE Women’s Raw Champion Ronda Rousey was reportedly battling through some serious pain during her historic main event match at Wrestlemania 35 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey alongside Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. As it turns out, she reportedly suffered a “severe” injury.
