College Sports News

The 2019 NCAA Tournament just ended with the Virginia Cavaliers winning their first ever championship. Junior Kyle Guy was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four and will have a big decision to make on the upcoming NBA Draft. The 2019 college basketball season may have just ended, but sportsbooks at Caesars Palace have already released their odds for the 2019-20 season.

UCLA basketball has been in desperate need of a head coach. The Bruins fired former coach Steve Alford on December 31, 2018. Their long search is finally over as Cincinnati head coach Mick Cronin has accepted the job. Cronin was given a six-year contract worth $24 million, according to a press release from the university.

Entertainment News

Mike Tyson is the proud owner of his own marijuana farm, Tyson Ranch. The ranch has marijuana strains that are exclusive to Tyson’s property and they are “meticulously inspected and tested for impurities at every stage of the growing, curing and packing process.” Tyson also has his own podcast, appropriately named “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.”

Virginia basketball coach Tony Bennett probably did not anticipate being tied to actor Seth MacFarlane following the Cavaliers’ historic national championship win in the 2019 NCAA Tournament. But because Twitter is a wild platform, that is exactly what happened when people noticed that the head coach and Family Guy creator are actually doppelgangers.
