The unthinkable may happen. The surveillance video of Patriots owner Robert Kraft at the infamous massage parlor may be released. Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg submitted court documents that stated his team “is obligated under Florida law to provide the video to the public,” according to reports.
The prosecution continued to claim that “as the custodian of the records, [it] cannot delay the release of records to allow a person to raise a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents,” continuing on “[t]he Public Records Act does not allow a custodian to delay the production of records to allow the resolution of a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents.”

It’s been reported that Kraft has been doing everything in his power to prevent the video from being released. With the prosecution continuing to hammer down on this Kraft’s lawyers might seek a ruling that blocks the release of the video. Once the video is released there is no going back. The media will be all over it and it will never be forgotten. Kraft’s career will be forever tainted and he will never be looked at the same.
The incident reportedly took place at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa where a usual customer will pay between $59 and $79 for their services. The soliciting prostitution charges came upon Kraft on February 22. However, the incident reportedly occurred shortly after the Superbowl.
