The Tennessee Volunteers were one of the most surprising teams in the country in 2015 as they went 9-4 and got a big win over Northwestern in the Outback Bowl. This year, they are looking to make a ton of noise in the SEC as they are one of the early favorites to win the East and go to the SEC Championship Game.
They are looking forward to their season and have already began working out. They released a hype video Wednesday morning that had rapper Drake’s song “Summer Sixteen” playing in the background.

The Volunteers lost their four games by a total of 17 points throughout the 2015 season, including a seven-point overtime loss to Oklahoma and a five-point loss to Alabama, both of whom played in the College Football Playoff.
If they are able to improve off of that and having most of their starters back, Tennessee could be looking at their first trip to the SEC title game since 2007.
