Tennessee running back Alvin Kamara is just as entertaining as he is talented and he proved that during the team’s media day on Friday. He spoke with Tennessee on-air television personality Maddy Glab at the fan day and he started off the interview with a megaphone in hand.
He talked about how he needed to assert himself and he wanted to be the “alpha male” in the locker room, along with his past as he has gone through two different schools before landing at Tennessee.
He also showed off his hilarious side by poking fun at his offensive linemen.
Kamara transferred to junior college after starting his career at Alabama. He made his way to Tennessee ahead of the 2015 season and had a good showing for the Volunteers, rushing for 698 yards and seven touchdowns.
Let’s hope he keeps entertaining fans both on and off the field this year. The Volunteers open the season on Sept. 1 against Appalachian State.
