This may me the most awkward door handle placement ever

Go to any major sports arena or ballpark and you’ll find plenty of posters that span the size of giant doors. In the case of the Chicago White Sox and U.S. Cellular Field, however, someone made a mistake in either picking one particular picture or just not correctly measuring a door.

CNBC’s Eli Langer and Sarah Whitten shared the following photo on Twitter, and hilarity has since ensued.

Look, I’m a huge baseball fan. Heck, I probably go to around 20 games a year, and I’ve actually been to U.S. Cellular Field, too. But I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through this door and place their hand so close to pitcher John Danks’…stuff.

Don’t get me wrong. John Danks has made a solid name for himself as a member of the White Sox pitching staff over the course of eight-plus seasons, but do we really need to know that a door exists whose handle is near his nether-region?

Either way, this makes for a great laugh and solid prank idea for anyone in the Chicago area.
