Video: Ronda Rousey plans to embarrass Bethe Correia

UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is not a woman you want to piss off.

Rousey’s two most recent title defenses have lasted a total of 30 seconds and now she has her eyes set on the next challenger for her belt, undefeated Brazilian Bethe Correia.

Unlike the previous two Rousey opponents — Alexis Davis and Cat Zingano — Rousey has no respect for Correia so we shouldn’t expect to see this bout end as quickly; at least that is what the champion said Wednesday night on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Rousey, who was upset when Correia seemingly mocked her father’s suicide, plans to take the fight to Correia and she will be channeling her inner “Rocky” as she does so.

“Things have gotten really personal with me and this girl much like it did with Apollo and Drago and all that. I just want to beat her in the most devastatingly embarrassing way possible and the way to do that is in front of her people,” Rousey said.

If the way that Rousey has performed in the past during grudge matches is any indication, Correia better prepare for a rude awakening and she will need to protect that arm.
