Former Tennessee and current Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry has been battling cancer for the last year. He finally returned to the field last Sunday for the Chiefs after missing most of the 2014 season.
According to College Spun, Berry was back in Knoxville on Saturday as the Volunteers welcomed one of their greatest defensive backs in recent history. The team honored their former defensive captain as the crowd went absolutely nuts.

What a great welcome Berry got on the night. It had to be very emotional for that young man. Congratulations on winning your fight, Eric. Never stop fighting.
