Baylor Bears Lose Kobe Eubanks To PG Year

The Baylor Bears basketball program lost one of five three-star recruits, when shooting guard Kobe Eubanks was forced to enroll in a post-graduate year after being declared ineligible by the NCAA.  Eubanks averaged 18.5 points per game during his senior season at Our Savior New American in New York. According to Adam Finkelstein of ESPN, Eubanks will spend the gap season attending Elev-8 Sports Institute in Delray Beach, Florida.  It remains unclear if Eubanks will stay true to his commitment for the following year.

Despite the loss for the 2014-15 season, the Bears should be able to fill the void with four-star shooting guard King McClure, who is currently enrolled and will play this season.  Baylor is coming off of one of its finest seasons in program history, reaching the Sweet Sixteen for only the third time.
