Stanley Johnson involved in car accident after declaring

Stanley Johnson’s night went from excitement to fear as the former Arizona Wildcats small forward was in a car accident right after announcing his decision to declare for the NBA Draft.

The good news is that the future first round pick is going to be OK, according to Twitter.

The Fullerton, CA native averaged 13.8 points per game, 6.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists under Sean Miller in his first and only season in Tucson.

Johnson is currently projected as the number nine overall pick in the 2015 draft, according to Draft Express.
