John Calipari’s Daughter Is Not Happy With His Critics

It’s not easy being the head coach of the Kentucky Wildcats.

Just ask John Calipari.

Calipari took to his Twitter account to express his goal of this past season. It wasn’t a national championship but to have eight of his players drafted.

I hate to drive you traditionalists crazy, but I'll say it again: our goal at the beginning of the season was to have eight players drafted.

Shortly thereafter, he took a lot of heat for his comment. If you did not know, the Wildcats fell short of an undefeated season after losing to the Wisconsin Badgers in the Final Four. They finished the season with a 38-1 record.

Calipari’s daughter came to his defense with a barrage of tweets.

People getting mad because @UKCoachCalipari says his goal is to get players drafted are hilarious. How many times has he gone to the FF?

You are getting the best players, winning the most games, and are making headlines even in the off season. Chill out and enjoy it.

Can you imagine if UMass was like "um, the professors are here to win awards and make us look good, not to teach you or help you get a job"

She does have a point.
