Former Oregon State receiver Richard Mullaney, who recently announced his transfer, could be that man pending a visit.

Mullaney is eligible to play immediately as a graduate transfer. During his career at Oregon State, Mullaney recorded a total of 83 receptions, 1160 yards and five touchdowns.
