Oklahoma OT Kenyon Frison suspended indefinitely

-

Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops announced today that redshirt freshman offensive tackle Kenyon Frison has been suspended from the team indefinitely for what is being called a violation of team rules.

Jason Kersey of The Oklahoman reported the suspension.

A former four-star recruit out of Utah’s Granger High School, just outside of Salt Lake City, Frison was expected to be a prime contender for a starting spot on the offensive line this season since Oklahoma lost two starters after last year.

Frison had committed to Oklahoma over programs like Utah, Arizona State and Nebraska and had great size for his position at 6-foot-6, 289 pounds.

This story is still very much in the early stages, but Campus Sports will update it as any new information becomes public.
