Clemson assistant mocks ESPN FPI

The Clemson Tigers just can’t get any respect.

Despite being undefeated, the top team in the nation and fresh off of a dominant win over the Oklahoma Sooners, ESPN’s Football Power Index is giving them just a 38 percent chance at beating Alabama in the national championship.

That is just one percentage point more than the chance ESPN’s FPI gave the Tigers to beat Oklahoma, and wide receivers coach Jeff Scott is taking notice.

Scott took to social media to make a joke of the projection.

We will find out who gets the last laugh on Jan. 11.

Will it be the Crimson Tide or Tigers? Sound off in the comments section below with your thoughts and predictions.
