You can never fault a kid for following his dreams. For three-star safety recruit Joshua Moran, his desire to play at the University of Georgia was something so great that he took a hard road to get there.
Rather than accepting one of the 32 scholarship offers he had on the table, Moran decided to walk-on for Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs.

Schools like Cal and Louisville were also after the safety, so it is a solid pickup for the ‘Dawgs.
If Moran can come into Athens and make his mark felt on the program, it will be a win-win for everyone. Georgia fans will get to see a player helping their team on the field, Moran will get to live out his dream of playing for the Bulldogs, and Georgia will get production from a player who doesn’t count against their scholarship limit.
I’m sure everyone would appreciate that.
