After spending the weekend in Salt Lake City for the Pac-12 clash between top twenty teams Washington and Utah, ESPN College GameDay is set to return to SEC territory.
On Saturday night, ESPN announced College GameDay will take place live from Baton Rouge for next weekend’s SEC battle between the Alabama Crimson Tide and LSU Tigers.
The announcement was made on Twitter.
It will mark the second appearance this season on GameDay for both Alabama and LSU.
LSU was previously featured in the season-opener at Lambeau Field against Wisconsin. Alabama, meanwhile, was victorious over Texas A&M just two weeks ago.
The Crimson Tide and Tigers enjoyed a bye week this weekend. Entering next weekend’s game, Alabama will once again be the No. 1 team in the nation while we will have to wait until tomorrow to see how high LSU is ranked after a few upsets from Saturday may help them out.
