Texas A&M football suspends Speedy Noil for marijuana arrest

Speedy Noil has been suspended by the Texas A&M football program yet again, according to NBC Sports.

Noil’s latest suspension comes following an arrest for marijuana possession earlier this week. Noil, who is now suspended indefinitely, will miss the team’s Advocare V100 Texas Bowl matchup against Kansas State next week.

This will be Noil’s second straight bowl game that he has missed due to suspension. Previously, Noil was suspended for the 2015 Music City Bowl and 2016 season-opener for an unspecified violation of team rules.

This season, Noil recorded 21 receptions for 325 yards and two touchdowns.

Kickoff between the Aggies and Wildcats at NRG Stadium in Houston is set for Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.
