Former Alabama football star and current assistant Josh Chapman found himself in trouble with the law over the weekend.
According to a report from ESPN’s Alex Scarborough, the Crimson Tide assistant strength and conditioning coach was arrested on Sunday morning by the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Department for driving under the influence.
The report notes Chapman was found “passed out” behind the wheel of his car.
Chapman, who joined Nick Saban’s coaching staff prior to this past season, was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.
