LeBron James, Kevin Durant Collaborated On Secret Hip-Hop Track In 2011

It’s hard to imagine that either of them are listening to it to get pumped before the game. While LeBron James and Kevin Durant are busy battling it out for NBA supremacy, there lies a hidden hip-hop track the two recorded six years ago.
In the strike shortened season of 2011, Durant was in Cleveland training with James. The two wrote the lyrics, then hopped in a booth later on and recorded the track.
According to ESPN’s Chris Haynes, the track definitely exists.
Unfortunately for all of us whose curiosity has been piqued, there is no intention to release it anytime soon.

The two music junkie basketball stars have apparently gotten pretty good reviews from the few people who have heard it. Of course, the person to speak most vocally about having heard the track is Eric Goodwin, who might have a bit of a bias considering he used to represent both athletes.
The theme of the song is unknown. But one listener says that Durant provided the instrumental track and rapped the first and third verse. James was featured in the second verse.
It’s safe to say this isn’t what either player is thinking about right now. With the Cavs trailing the Warriors 2-0 in the series as it shifts back to Cleveland, both have their hands full right now.
